The Home Watch service is designed for property owners who cannot personally check on their apartments regularly. We provide regular visits, inspections of the property's condition, and a detailed photo and video report so you can be sure everything is in order.

  • Airing out the space
  • Photo and video documentation from every visit
  • A clear report after each inspection
  • Coordination of cleaning, delivery or minor repairs (GOLD)
